Welcome to Vault.Rent and its associated services including Space Bazaar (together, “Vault”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Services”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, APIs, partner portals, marketplace features, storage services, inventory systems, and all related products or services provided by Vault. By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or using any part of the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.
Vault may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Definitions
“User”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
“Marketplace” or “Space Bazaar” means the feature where users can offer or request storage capacity, goods, or related services.
“Storage Services” include rack storage, raw space storage, climate-controlled storage, inventory management, delivery, and related logistics.
“Content” means text, images, data, videos, listings, materials, and any user-generated content.
3. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old (or the minimum age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction).
You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
You are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.
Individuals using the Services on behalf of an organization represent and warrant they are authorized to bind that organization.
4. Account Registration
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. When registering:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain and promptly update your account information.
Be responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
Notify Vault immediately of unauthorized use of your account.
Vault is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
5. User Obligations and Code of Conduct
Users must:
Comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
Use the Services for legitimate purposes only.
Not infringe intellectual property or violate privacy rights of others.
Not use automated means (bots/scrapers) to access or interfere with Services.
Not transmit harmful or malicious code.
Vault reserves the right to suspend or terminate users who violate these Terms.
6. Marketplace / Space Bazaar Terms
6.1. Listings and Offers
Users offering storage space or related services via Space Bazaar must provide truthful, non-misleading descriptions.
Prices, availability, and delivery terms must be clearly communicated.
6.2. Transactions
When users transact through the marketplace, they agree to pay all applicable fees.
Vault is a facilitator and does not guarantee transaction completion.
Each party is responsible for fulfilling their obligations (payment, delivery, acceptance of goods/services).
6.3. Fees
Vault may charge service fees, subscription fees, facilitation fees, delivery fees, commissions, or other charges. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
7. Services and Fulfillment
Vault offers various storage and logistics services, including:
Climate-controlled and specialized storage.
Inventory management and digitization.
Pickup and delivery (within agreed areas).
Insurance options (where available).
Actual service levels, timelines, delivery windows, and performance obligations will be specified in separate service orders, agreements, or invoices.
8. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
You must provide accurate billing information.
Vault may invoice you for fees, taxes, duties, or other charges.
Vault may suspend services for non-payment or refuse renewal until outstanding balances are cleared.
Recurring billing will continue until canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Service cancellation may be initiated by you in accordance with the terms specified in your service agreement.
Refund policies will depend on the type of service purchased and applicable laws.
Vault may deny refunds where permitted by law or based on usage.
10. Intellectual Property
All content and software used in the Services are owned or licensed by Vault. Except for limited rights granted hereunder, you acquire no rights to Vault’s intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from Vault’s content without written permission.
11. License to User Content
By submitting content (including listings, photos, descriptions), you grant Vault a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the content for providing and promoting the Services.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for content you upload.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by Vault’s Privacy Policy (linked separately on the website). By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VAULT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
Vault does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vault’s total liability arising from or relating to these Terms and your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid Vault for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vault and its affiliates harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
Your breach of these Terms.
Your use of the Services.
Your User Content or interactions with third parties.
16. Termination
Vault may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of these Terms or where required by law.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease and any outstanding fees remain due.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vault.Rent is headquartered (e.g., India). Disputes will be resolved in courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local law.
18. Miscellaneous
Severability: Invalid provisions will be severed while the rest remain in effect.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without Vault’s consent.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement.
