01 Problem
Sukant Panigrahy, a leading Production Designer, required a large-scale indoor and outdoor workspace in Mumbai for event construction and assembly. The facility needed proper height clearance, strong connectivity, security, CCTV surveillance, safety compliance, easy transportation, and hygienic amenities for 100–200 workers. Finding such a complete setup in Mumbai was a major challenge.
